Some time ago, I failed to tell a lie. Even though the constellation Corvus is prominent in my chart, the truth loving 8th house makes sure that when temptation strikes I will be seen through. The question: has my lie been discovered?

Mercury and Saturn can be associated to the topic of lying, and the 12th house for “hidden things”. Venus as the ruler of the 11th house is in conjunction with both of these. It is not me who is fond of speculation, if that causes me to agitate then my conscience won’t bother me.

I know it’s wrong what I have done,

mendacem memorem esse oportet
It is fitting that a liar should be a man of good memory

On the other hand, the response to the lie was unproportional. Therefor:

exitus acta probat
The result validates the deeds.
