Yesterday I rediscovered google earth SKY. A while ago it was posted that you can look at the universe as well as look at Earth, this gave me the idea of looking up some of the fixed stars important for my chart. It doesn’t recognize all names for some reason, though if you search for the constellation you can make out the rest of the stars for yourself using the fixed star list.

Pretty neat! If you’re not an astrologer or astronomer I don’t think you can amuse yourself with the SKY module very long, but it’s definitely interesting to know what they look like.
